Block Showroom allows you to organize your literature into a folder hierarchy within the Zuant app that is easy to use and visually appealing.
Block Manager
From within the Showroom, make sure that you are in the Library tab. The purpose of the Block Manager and App Preview sections is to allow you to sort your collateral into a folder structure, which is displayed within the app as a series of clickable blocks, which then branch out into sub-blocks.
Structure
Your block structure can have as many blocks and sub-blocks as you like. The relevant “Entry Block” is then tagged to your event form, so that Zuant knows where in the hierarchy to begin for this particular show.
Tagging an Entry Block to a form in this way means that you can easily restrict the collateral that is displayed for a given event.
Collateral is easy for the user to locate as it is already grouped within its relevant block, and no searching is required.
