Track Estimated Revenue

You can now use the Zuant app to record the Estimated Revenue for your events by assigning a value to each lead you capture.

Add a field for “Estimated Revenue” to your Zuant form. You can do this yourself in the Zuant App Editor if you have received the relevant training, or your Zuant Customer Success Manager can help.

Once added, you and your team will need to re-sync your devices to view the update.

When capturing a lead at an event, simply enter the value of your lead into the Estimated Revenue field in the Zuant app. This needs to be a numerical value in order to be included in the report, and can be typed as such: 50, 50,000, 50.00 etc.

You can include the currency symbol if you like, although this is not necessary.

Submit your lead and sync your device.

View your overall Estimated Revenue and analyse team performance.

Visit Zuant Cloud, go to the Events tab and choose the relevant event

The headlines will display the overall estimated revenue for the event. This figure is reached by totalling the per lead values.

If you scroll down the page, you will see a widget for the top performer based on revenue, as well as a leader board of individual performance.

This information can be viewed/downloaded/printed in pdf format via the Report Builder. Open this by clicking the yellow circle with 3 dots in the bottom right of the screen.

Here you have the option to view the printable page and edit the overall report to suit your needs.
