Adjust event settings within the Zuant Cloud

You can adjust the event-specific settings within Zuant Cloud at any time, including the ‘Form Status’. There are three form status’ available:

  • Published Forms – Published forms can be seen by all users within the Zuant app including Standard Users

  • Draft Forms – Draft forms can only be seen by Power Users within the Zuant app

  • Archived Forms – Once an event has finished, archive it within the Event Settings so that it is no longer accessible in the Zuant app. You can still view the lead data within the Zuant Cloud

Follow these steps to adjust your Event Settings:

  1. Click ‘Events’ in the Zuant Cloud Dashboard

  2. Select the relevant event from the list

  3. Click ‘Settings’ and amend the form name, event dates and location if needed

  4. Use the ‘Published’ and ‘Archived’ toggles to manage the ‘Form Status’ then ‘Save’!

HINT: Archived forms can be seen with a red X. You can hide these by tapping on the 3 dots and selecting ‘Hide Archived Events’. Repeat the same steps to show archived forms.
