Create or modify templates for Password Reset Emails.
Password Reset Email: The email notification that a user will receive to let them know that their password has been updated. This also contains their updated login credentials
Your Account will use the Zuant Primary Password Reset Email by default. If you want to customize these to match your company branding and include your own language, then you will need to create and activate new template.
1. From the Zuant Cloud home screen, select the Manage tab. Then click ‘EMAIL TEMPLATES’
2. Click the yellow button at the bottom right of the screen, then fill in the following fields:
Template title - The name of your email template for your reference
Email subject - The email subject that the users will see
3. Select ‘Password Reset Template'
4. Choose to clone an existing template design and update accordingly or create a new email template from scratch.
5. Once complete, click ‘Save’

Creating and Editing Password Reset Email Templates
Personalize your Account Email Templates with your company branding and text to suit you and your team.
1. Modify the template title and email subject in 'SETTINGS', or choose 'EDITOR' to start personalizing your email
2. Update the text and images within your email. You can either do this manually within the Editor or copy and paste desired HTML source code into the ‘Source’ section if you have this available. Using HTML is the recommended option as this helps ensure that the email best meets company brand standards.
3. Use the options available in the toolbar to further customize your email and make sure all essential information is included
4. Once complete, click the ‘Save’ icon
Remember to test your new email before activating it for use in you Account. Test a Password Reset Email by updating the password of an existing user with an active email address.
Disallowing Email Templates
Prevent User Welcome Emails and User Password Reset Emails from being sent out.
1. From the Zuant Cloud home screen, click on the Manage tab. Within Account Settings, scroll down until you see the ‘Extras’ section
2. To disable these features, simply check the boxes accordingly
3. Once complete, click the blue Save icon at the bottom right of the screen
