Activate the Teams feature to manage the event forms that specific users have access to in Zuant.
Creating a Team
1. From the Zuant Cloud home screen, choose the Manage tab. Then select ‘TEAMS’ (If you do not see these options, please contact your CSM)
2. Click on ‘CREATE NEW TEAM’ and enter the name of the Team. This might be region or event specific
3. Select the Team you have created from the left panel and click ‘ADD USERS’ in the ‘Users’ dialogue box
4. Select the users you want to include within this Team. Once complete, click on ‘ADD USERS’
You can also check ‘Private Leads’ or ‘Manager’ for each user:
Private leads - Checking this means that users can only see their own leads in the Zuant App
Managers can see the information that is visible to all users within the hierarchy below their Team, e.g. leads captured by all users within the Team
Assign a Team to an Event Form
1. Navigate to the ‘Events’ tab within the Zuant Cloud and select the relevant form(s)
2. Select ‘SETTINGS’ and scroll down until you see ‘Visibility’
3. Check the Team(s) that you want to assign to the form, and press ‘save’ at the bottom right when you are done
You can then test your setup by signing into the Zuant App as the users included in the Team. Check that the events view is as expected.
Please note: If an event form does not have a Team assigned, then it will be visible to all users in your account
Subteams
You can create Subteams to reflect the hierarchy of your organisation.
1. Select the team where you want to add a Subteam from the left panel. Click ‘ADD TEAM’ in the ‘subteams’ dialogue box
2. Choose to copy an existing team or create a brand new one
3. Once complete, add users to the Subteam following the instructions above

Remove a user from a Team
In the ‘Users’ dialogue box, select the users that you would like to remove from the Team. Then, click the three dots within the window and ‘Remove selected users’
Team Options
Within the Teams window there is a yellow icon with three dots at the bottom of the screen, which can be clicked to open the Team Options. In here, you can rename or delete the selected Team
