1. From the Zuant Cloud home screen, choose the Manage tab and select ‘PRIVACY’ from the toolbar. Click the yellow button at the bottom right of the screen to get started
2. Fill in the following fields:
Title - Name your Privacy Statement to make it easily identifiable
Account default privacy statement - Toggle this on to activate the Privacy Statement within your Account. You can only have one Privacy Statement active within your Account at a given time
Privacy statement text - This is where you add your Privacy Statement
3. Once complete, click the ‘Save’ icon
4. All devices will need to resync to see the new Privacy Statement. Upon tapping the ‘Submit’ button in the Zuant app, a pop-up box displaying the Privacy Statement will appear. The visitor can then review and acknowledge the statement
