Enable this setting to enforce a Password Policy for all users within your account. All new users added will have to adhere to the defined policy.

1. Within Account Settings, scroll down until you see Password Policy. Check the ‘Enable Password Policy’ box

2. Adjust the sliders to define the minimum password requirements. As you adjust one slider, other sliders may move to reflect the changes

3. Once complete, click ‘Save’ at the bottom right of the screen

Please note: Existing users who are set up as a Standard User are not required to update their password to meet the new requirements. However, Power Users will receive a prompt to reset their password according to the updated requirements upon their next attempt to log in to the Zuant Cloud.

ALL new users created after enforcing a Password Policy will have to adhere to the updated requirements.
