Set up Multi-Factor Authentication for all Power Users to further secure your Zuant Cloud Account. You will need access to a desktop or laptop and a mobile device for this process.

1. On your desktop or laptop, navigate to Manage > Account Settings and scroll down until you see MFA. Check the box to enable the feature and press ‘save’.

2. When yourself and any other Power Users next attempt to log in to the Zuant Cloud, a dialogue box will appear prompting you to check the email inbox of the address registered for your user. Locate the email and click the ‘SETUP MFA button to begin the process. You will be guided through each step as you go, but please contact your CSM if you need additional support

3. Clicking ‘SETUP MFA’ will open a new Zuant Cloud window in your browser. Keep this tab open as you follow the next steps

4. You will need to download and install the Google Authenticator app from the app store on your mobile device. If you do not already have a Google Account, you will need to create one and sign in to use this app

5. After logging in to Google Authenticator, tap the '+' button at the bottom right corner of the screen to add Zuant to the app. Then, refer back to the Zuant Cloud window that has just opened on your desktop screen. Using the Google Authenticator App on your mobile device, either scan the QR code or manually enter the 'SECRET' provided.

6. A new line will be added for Zuant. The Google Authenticator app will then generate a new access code every 30 seconds. You will need to input this code into the MFA Setup Confirmation screen on your desktop under “Enter Code Here:”

7. Once your code is entered, click ‘CONFIRM’. If successful, you will see the ‘MFA Setup Complete’ dialogue box on your screen. Click ‘Continue to Login’ to complete the process. Remember to close the ‘MFA Setup’ window if this is still open.

What to expect now MFA is set up

Each time a Power User attempts to log in to Cloud, they will need to use the Google Authenticator app to retrieve and enter the authentication code in order to log in.
