Update key account details and contacts

Within the Manage tile, choose Account Settings. Scroll down to Account Info and adjust the relevant fields.

An asterisk (*) indicates a mandatory field.

Company name*

Current Company name as it appears in the Zuant Cloud

Executive Summary Report contacts

Email addresses entered here will automatically receive Executive Summary Emails when your events finish. You can enter multiple email addresses delimited by a comma. For more information on this feature, speak to your dedicated CSM

Event Countdown contacts

Email addresses entered here will automatically receive Event Countdown Emails as your events approach. For more information on this feature, speak to your dedicated CSM

Technical contact

The email address entered here will receive automatic email notifications of any errors generated by releasing leads via the Integration mechanism (if set up for your account)

Company website

Your company website. You can add the url entered into this field into the Thank You Email using a merge field

Account timezone*

The timezone at the location where your account is based
