Manage your library in the Content Showroom

It is important to keep your library appropriately structured and organized within the Showroom for future reference.

  1. Sign into the Zuant Cloud with your user credentials and select the Showroom tile

  2. From within the Showroom, make sure that you are in the Library tab

The purpose of the Library section is to organise your files and folders in a way that makes sense to you as a user, and is easy for you to navigate. The folder structure that you set up within here does not reflect the literature display in the app – think of it like your own personal desktop

The panel to the far left is your top-level folder structure or “root directory”

  • If you click into a folder, the child folders will then display in the panels to the right

  • If you click on a singular file, Zuant will display a panel with a preview of the item as it will appear in the app, along with the item’s basic information

You can add a new folder by clicking on the “plus” button above the far-left panel and selecting New Folder
