4 Weeks Until Your Event

Complete our Zuant Checklist stating the items you need for setup.

3 Weeks Until Your Event

Please provide us with the following:

  1. Questionnaire

  2. Logo

  3. Thank you email html/content

  4. List of users

  5. Literature

  6. Integration Info (if applicable)

2 Weeks Until Your Event

We will thoroughly test your account setup and work on any changes. We will also work on integration setup once your questionnaire is signed-off by you and your team.

1 Week Until Your Event

Ensure that everyone who will be using Zuant has downloaded the app, signed in and fully synched. This must be completed well before the show starts. Your CSM will arrange a training call for you and your team to go through how to use Zuant.
