If you've forgotten your password, you can follow steps to reset this either in the Zuant App or Zuant Cloud.
Once your password has been reset, you will receive a Password Reset Email confirming your new credentials.
In the App
From the sign-in screen of the Zuant App, tap on "Forgot your password" in the bottom-right corner.
The app will then prompt you to enter your email address
Tap "Request Password Reset"
Wait a moment for the confirmation dialogue box to pop up and then check your inbox
Click through to the account listed in the email that you would like to reset the password for (if you only have 1 account with Zuant, then only one option will appear)
You will be navigated to the Zuant Cloud and will need to follow the steps as prompted
From the Zuant Cloud
Go to cloud.zuant.com
On the log in screen, you will see "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?" within the white dialogue box. Click this to begin
Enter your email address and click "Request a Password Reset"
You will be prompted to check your inbox
Click through to the account listed in the email that you would like to reset the password for (if you only have 1 account with Zuant, then only one option will appear)
You will be navigated to the Zuant Cloud and will need to follow the steps as prompted
