How to get your data to and from the Zuant Cloud

In order to synchronize your device you must be connected to a strong internet connection.

You need to sync your device to 100% before and after an event.

Sync from the App Home Page

Any changes made to the Form or Content Showroom will require a sync from the home page of the Zuant App.

  1. Ensure you are connected to a strong internet connection

  2. Tap the 3 lines at the top right of the screen

    (If you are in an event form currently, tap on 'List of Events' and then 'Back')

  3. Tap 'Sync Center'

  4. Wait until this reaches 100%

  5. You will now be able to work offline if you need to

Sync from within the Event Form

Quickly sync your leads without leaving the form

  1. Tap 'Leads' next to your name/initials

  2. Tap the Sync Cloud icon at the top right corner of the dialogue box

    (Any leads which have an orange square are not synched. Any leads with a blue circle have successfully synched)

  3. Wait until this reaches 100%

PLEASE NOTE: Do not delete the app from your device unless all leads/data have been fully synced and pushed up to the cloud. If you delete the app with un-synced data, we cannot guarantee that the data will be able to be retrieved.
