1. Tap ‘Scan Business Card’ to pull up the device’s camera. It is important that nothing is obstructing the details on the card

If you are using an iPhone, remember to turn your portrait orientation lock OFF before attempting to scan in landscape

2. The app scans the business card automatically when the camera is correctly focussed. You will see the 5 circles turn blue and a countdown. The app will then capture an image of the card, which is automatically saved

3. Zuant will automatically read the details and transcribe them into the form

4. You can edit any of the fields if required, and verify your Important Fields within the OCR Results screen

(A business card checking tool is available within the Zuant Cloud, so you don’t need to worry about checking details on the show floor)

5. Select 'Save' to return to your form and continue capturing your lead
