In order to release your leads from Zuant to your CRM, you need to ensure that the event is tagged to your integration machine, which can be found in the ”Integration” tile in Zuant Cloud.
If you want only leads from specific events to be sent through, then select "Filters" and click within the blank space. A list of your event forms should appear, choose the forms you want the leads to be sent from
If you want leads from ALL of your events to go through the same integration machine, then you can leave the form filter blank
You can also decide whether to send your leads in real-time or post-show. This can be set on a per-event basis in the Event Settings in Zuant Cloud.
