1. Equipment Requirements
You must have access to an iPad to be able to edit your form questionnaire. You cannot edit your form questions on the Zuant Cloud, or on iPhones or Android Phones.
2. Syncing
Any changes made on the Zuant Cloud or on the Zuant App require a re-sync to 100% on all devices. If you or one of your users aren’t seeing new changes in the app, then please make sure to re-sync!
3. Saving your changes
When editing in the Zuant app, it’s important to make sure you are regularly saving your work so that nothing gets lost. To save, tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the Edit screen. This will give you 3 options:
4. Mirroring (Make sure your form looks right in both landscape and portrait!)
When editing the layout of your form in landscape, remember to also make the same edits in portrait mode (and vice-versa). Turn your iPad to portrait and wait for the screen to flip. You can then manually move the widgets around, or highlight them all and tap ‘Mirror’ from the Layout screen. This will automatically copy the layout from landscape into portrait.
5. Phone Layout
The appearance of the app on your iPhone or Android phone is copied from the iPad layout in portrait. Make sure that you have perfected your layout in portrait if you are using phones at your event.
