Form Settings

Additional form configuration

You can make amendments to your form settings from within the app. Most of the options listed won’t apply to your account, but further training can be arranged if necessary. Below are the main settings you may need:

1. Form

In Edit Mode, choose the yellow-coloured ‘Form’ frame. Then, tap ‘Form Settings’ at the top of the screen

2. Edit Form

Change the event name by tapping on the ‘form name’ line. Toggle the “Published” switch on to publish or off to put it in draft mode

3. Email

Tap on ‘Email Template’ to tag a pre-made email template to your event to send out as a Thank You Email

4. Business Card Scanning Templates

Create custom language templates to make sure that Zuant can scan the business cards. Zuant is set to scan English as default, so make sure to do this if you are attending an international event. You can add 2 additional languages to a template. Please view the Business Card Scanning Guide for more information.

5. Showroom

Manage your Content Showroom for this event. For more information, please review our Comprehensive Showroom Guide or contact your Client Success Manager

6. E-Z Menu

Tap E-Z menu and select ‘E-Z items’. Tap to add or remove features from the menu, and press and drag to reorder them. See our E-Z Menu Configuration Guide for more information
