Zuant has a list of pre-defined Stock Widgets that are used to make sure Contact information is correctly stored. A lot of these are included in your Zuant form by default (for example contact and address fields), others can be easily added through the Stock Widgets menu.
If you delete a contact or address field from your form, you must re-add them from the Stock Widgets menu, not from scratch.
Remember, if you want to edit the label for a contact field, for example ‘Company name’ instead of ‘Company’, you can do this by editing the caption in the Widget Properties.
1. Edit
Within Edit Mode, ensure you are in the Widgets frame then tap ‘Stock Widgets’ at the top of the screen
2. Add
Tap on the fields you want to add from the list. Fields that are greyed out are already available in your form. Tap ‘Create’ to add all selected widgets to your form
3. Save
Remember to save and sync your device once you’re happy with your changes
Send Thank You Email Trigger
If you would like to send thank you emails from your form, you need to include the ‘Send thank you email’ Stock Widget. This checkbox will trigger the send of the email if selected by the user.
