Unmanned kiosks are a great way to passively capture your visitors’ information. Pop Zuant into Kiosk Mode and all navigation and controls will be hidden from the user. Your visitors can then use Zuant themselves to complete a questionnaire, request literature/more information, or enter a prize draw.

Step 1 - Sign In

Sign into the Zuant app on your iPad and sync to 100%

Step 2 - Select

Select the event form you want to use in Kiosk Mode

Step 3 - Tap

Press the logo with two fingers in the Zuant form and hold for four seconds

Step 4 - Password

Enter your password into the pop-up box. Please note, only Power Users have the ability to do this

Step 5 - Exit

To exit ‘Kiosk Mode’ simply repeat steps 3 & 4

Aside from entering the app in to Kiosk Mode, you may also wish to lock the device itself so that the home button is deactivated too - this is called Guided Access Mode. To put your device into this mode follow these steps:

  1. Open Settings on your iPad.

  2. Tap on General.

  3. Tap on Accessibility.

  4. Tap on Guided Access under the Learning section.

  5. Tap the switch to turn on Guided Access.

  6. Tap on Passcode Settings.

  7. Tap Set Guided Access Passcode and set a passcode.
