Capturing Leads

Here we cover the various ways to kick off capturing details in Zuant.

Once your device is fully synced, tap the 'Events' button and select the relevant event from the list.

You can capture a lead via four different ways:

  1. Manually enter the contact details into the form.

  2. Utilize the business card feature, either take a picture of the business card for later transcription or OCR the card and Zuant will automatically populate the details into the form.

  3. Search for a contact which has been loaded into the app either from a pre-registration list or your CRM contacts.

  4. Scan the badge using the device's camera.
