In order to synchronize your device you must be connected to a strong internet connection.
You need to sync your device to 100% before and after an event.
- Ensure you are connected to a strong internet connection
- Tap 'Sync Center' located within the top right menu
- Wait until the overall progress bar reaches 100%
- You will now be able to work offline if you need to
On the rare occasion when synchronizing doesn't work, please try closing the app completely from your device. Double tap the home button and swipe up across the app to fully close it. Now try signing in and syncing.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not delete the app from your device unless all leads/data have been fully synced and pushed up to the cloud. If you delete the app with unsynced data, we cannot guarantee that the data will be able to be retrieved
